How to brew your Fizzy Flamingo Tea.

Place two heaped spoonfuls of tea into your teapot : brew in boiling water for 2 to 4 minutes at 90’c. Brewing your tea at the right temperature is essential for the perfect cup of tea.

Cold brew: after brewing your tea, remove the tea strainer and refrigerate to chill before adding your Gin to tase and serving cold.
