Wedding Function Bookings.

Just a few questions before you call our friendly staff to make an appointment for your wedding function.

Groups of 17 people and over is classed as a function.

There is a $3250 flat fee for the booking of up to 30 people. Any extra guests over 30 people will be charged at $65 per head.

This is for

3hrs room hire

30 high teas with one hot or cold drink each or 30 people finger food style with one hot or cold drink each. Finger food style will have room for a first dance in the middle of the floor.

Over flow space area 2. This will allow a maximum guest of 62 people standing.

Seated guests for a high tea service including all children & high chairs are a maximum of 35 people in the seated tea room area.

BYO Champagne, wine or beer

BYO Wedding cake

BYO Decorations, lace table cloths and tea cups will already be placed on the table.

Small vase of flowers, table runners or name tags are welcome.

Added extra

Add time to your booking $150 per half hour

Jugs of soft drinks $10 each

Optional Grazing platter extra $400- This platter will be placed in area 1, the green wall for your guest to come and go while having photos in the garden with you.

This will be for 1hour, if you need a staff member to join you in the garden with a grazing box we can arrange this for you.
