The Jade Teahouse is privately owned - we have different trading hours to the Camellia Gardens.
Kareena Road side- street parking & foot path available.
This road will take you to the lower car park, duck ponds, large garden maps, large fenced in play area, rose garden and open grass area.
Most garden weddings are in the lower part of the gardens and is booked with The Sutherland Shire Council.
If you need to drop your guest at The Jade Teahouse, please feel free to give the team a call so we can open the side gates for better access right to the door.
We have an open area with a small ramp into the Teahouse that is located right beside the wheelchair access toilet.
This area has a fenced off play ground right beside the delivery drive way into the Jade Teahouse with an open grass area.
This toilet also has a baby change table that is cleaned two times a day by the Sutherland Shire Council.
President Ave side-
The top car park has a foot path and small ramp that will allow you to enter into the gardens by foot, pram, walking frame or wheelchair.
This area is the smaller carpark that will allow you to assist your guest out of the car into the gardens.
If you need to meet friends or family in the lower part of the gardens, you will need to walk down 15 to 20 steps. If you would rather walk on a flat path, you will need to exit the gardens and use the walking path on the outside of the garden.
The large lower car park allows you to enter into the gardens by foot path and the large toilet block is located in this area.

This driveway is used 24hrs 7 days a week for deliveries in and out of the teahouse & gardens.
If you require to use this driveway to drop off your guest into the gardens or teahouse, please be mindful that all vehicles that are parked, running or moving on the left / in front of this sign have the right of way.
The children’s play ground is inclose with a small fence around it. Please supervise your children at all times in this area.
Most of the vehicles will need to open both gates to move into the driveway and to stop right beside the tables and chairs.
The top car park is a safer area to drop your guest off and to walk into the gardens & teahouse.
