Monday to Friday only.

$300 for 2hrs- Full use of the balcony & private bathroom.

We have a power outlets on the balcony for your own use.

You will need to bring own equipment on the day and remove it when you are finished.

Extra tables & chairs is available if needed.

7:30am to 9:30am or 2:30pm to 4:30pm.

Minimum spend is for 14 people for your booking & maximum seated up to 36 people pending on your type of booking.

Pick your meal base rate starting from 14 people.

Breakfast box 1 $20 pp

One small breakfast wrap or afternoon chicken wrap

One scone served and home made jam & cream

One hot beverage

Any extra beverages will be charged accordingly.

Breakfast box 2 $35 pp

One yoghurt & granola served with season fruit in a teacup

Unlimited hot beverages.

Extra charge $10 per jug of juice or soft drink.

Afternoon & evening bookings base rate.

Afternoon booking - Full use of balcony & private bathroom

$300 for 2hrs from 2:30pm to 4:30pm

Evening Room Hire base rate

$400 for 3hrs 4:30pm to 7:30pm

Grazing platter $350 serving 20 people { $15 per person extra}
